Our Online Shipping and Store Return Policy
HOW long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Shipping is registered for orders over AU $1000 and takes about 21 days, however, in some cases 30 days and if you do not have your order by then, please contact us.
WHAT can be returned?
Only items purchased via the online store on this website may be considered for a return and refund.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items may be returned to us if they do not meet the expectation of the customer; however, the item will only be accepted and refunded (all or in part) if returned in all original packaging, which remains undamaged, including the returned goods, and if the item is posted for return within 14 days of having been received by the buyer and the buyer has notified Kleinond Pacific Enterprises Pty Ltd, that the goods are to be returned.
Postage for returned goods will not be reimbursed and must be via registered mail for us to accept it and process a refund.
All returned goods that meet the above return policy must be received by us within 35 days, or otherwise reasonable time, of having been posted for return or no refund may apply.
